Payment Policy

1.Payment Methods
Customers can make payments via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable. All payments are processed through secure and verified payment gateways.

2.Payment Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. A confirmation receipt / invoice will be sent via email or WhatsApp after payment.

3.Refund / Return Payments
Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used. Shipping / handling charges are non-refundable.

4.Security
All payment transactions are encrypted and secure. Customer financial details are never stored or shared with third parties.
