Seller Verification Policy

1.Eligibility
Individuals above 18 years can become a Direct Seller. Only Indian citizens are eligible.

2.KYC Requirements
Each Direct Seller must submit valid documents for verification: Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport (Proof of Identity) PAN Card Bank Account Proof

3.Verification Process
Sellers submit documents via the website portal or email. Company reviews documents within 3–5 working days. Verified sellers receive a unique Seller ID and can start selling products.

4.Compliance
All sellers must comply with Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. Misrepresentation or fake documents will lead to immediate disapproval.

5.Confidentiality
All seller data is kept confidential and used only for company verification and payouts.

6.Termination / Suspension
Sellers violating policy, sharing false information, or engaging in illegal schemes will be suspended or terminated from the network.
